When you use the LMS Staff Merch Request Form, we collect: your Discord user ID and username (via Discord OAuth2), the name and email you provide, your selected staff role, the merch item link(s) you request, an optional order total, your country, and any additional information you choose to share.
This information is used solely to verify staff eligibility, process and fulfill merch requests, and contact you about the status of your request. Your country is required because some items ship from the United States only, and customs invoices may be generated depending on destination.
We use Discord OAuth2 to confirm your identity and check — server-side, via the Discord API — whether you are a member of at least one required Labirhin/KDI Discord server. We do not store your Discord password or read your private messages.
Request data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database accessible only to authorized Labirhin/Merch Store administrators. Approval gift links/codes are visible only to authenticated administrators with the required Discord role.
Approved requests may involve Fourthwall Inc. for order fulfillment. Please review the Fourthwall Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
